At the heart of Burgundy's many treasures (which include Beaune and its "hospices" (almshouses), Cluny, Romanesque churches, beautiful villages, and vineyards), the Château de Bellecroix and its 12th, 15th and 18th century buildings is a charming and atypical place combining years of tradition and well-renowned wines in a welcoming setting.

CHAGNY

Church of Saint-Martin, in a Romano-Gothic style with a bell tower feature rich openwork. Victor Hugo observed: "There is in Chagny a remarkable Romanesque square bell tower, wide, low-built, and quite superb!"

THE WINE ROUTE AND ITS GREAT VINTAGES

Take a trip along the Burgundy wine route, learn about the region, meet the winegrowers and, of course, taste their wares... You won't be able to resist buying some to take home with you. The Château de Meursault and Château de Pommard are just two of the excellent estates that you might find on your travels.
On the Burgundy wine route, you will also discover the region's rich heritage in villages such as Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault and many others that do the region proud.
